I bought my first rental property March 2019, a duplex that I am currently house hacking. Looking to network and add value in any way. Currently occupied as a welder, also have electrical and carpentry experience. My primary focus for 2020 will be to build up my business through mobile homes working my way towards owning a mobile home park.
