I’ve owned rental properties before and I’m wanting to dive deeper into the world of Real Estate Investing in Houston Texas and surrounding areas. I’m really digging into private lending, partnerships, and hard money loans. I’ve had the pedal to the metal for the last month with listening to podcasts and reading books and I’m currently looking to make my first purchase. My goal is for my wife and I to retire from our jobs within the next few years and have a business to bring my children into and teach them to have a successful business mindset.
