Hey Bigger Pockets family I am from Brooklyn NYC working for the MTA and I do a lot of overtime (sometime i think it is too much ot). But it is all for REI. I am a father of 4 boys. I will be a buy and hold investor. I will start with single family then small multifamily properties and transition to larger multifamily properties. I will us the stack method to accomplish this task.
