Hello! My name is Huy. I am about to graduate Temple University in 3 more semesters( about 1.5 years). I've been renting for over 2 years from my landlord and finally realized the potential of passive income and financial freedom in rental properties. I plan to buy a house in the ABE area after I graduate and want to start my rental property career there. For now, I am just trying to soak up as much information as possible about the topic. I am majoring in Information Science & Technology and minoring in Digital Media Technology at Temple. I also have a side hustle of video and photography. I am also in the US Air National Guard giving me access to the VA Loan if I choose to use it.
