I am investor looking to expand portfolio. Currently, only have invested in real estate involving residential, hospitality, and raw land. Highly interested in higher profit margins by flipping and holding rental properties. Most investments I have done are long term being longer than 8 years. I do not mind holding property especially when appreciating.
