About myself
Born poor, joined Air Force right of high school. Bought my first 4 unit building at 7 year mark using V.A. financing. Soon after bought another one that needed a ton of work, did it all myself while still working as active duty. Aquired a total of ten units over the next few years. Left military, got Realtor License and partnered with experienced agent and investor. Currently own 135 units and looking for more. UPDATE 6 mil. bk in 2010....Started over and doing well. Got to big to fast.
