I love helping people come up with a long term plan so they can make smart decisions with their money and have the best shot at achieving their goals. I have a house hack (turned the basement into an apartment), a SFH Rental north of the Minneapolis suburbs, and finished up renovating another SFH in 2019 using the BRRRR method. I invest locally around Blaine, Coon Rapids, Circle Pines, and Lino Lakes. I will be slowly building up a real estate portfolio to generate long term wealth and cash flow.
