Ian Campbell

I am currently working as a Project Manager for a large CRE firm in southeastern Pennsylvania where I manage contractors, architects and vendors as an Owner's Rep for commercial and industrial fit-outs & new construction projects. I have a civil engineering degree and am sitting for my professional engineer (PE) license in Civil - Construction in 2022. I also have a LEED and many OSHA certs from over 7 years in the construction engineering industry. Outside of my W-2, I have completed 1 fix & flip but I am looking to make the transition into buying/holding and/or fixing/flipping multifamily properties, ideally between 2-20 doors.
