I'm Ian, an investor-friendly real estate agent in the Denver, Colorado area. I've developed myself as a real estate investor in 2019 when I House Hacked an off-market duplex in San Diego. Thanks to my agent, I was able to experience the awesome power of appreciation in an amazing market such as San Diego, my hometown. I may not have cash flowed the first two years, but with increasing rents, refinancing for lower interest payments and from FHA to conventional, as well as managing my own property (which may change soon!), I am cash flowing approximately $500 per month by year 3! Now, I am a real estate agent in the state of Colorado, and my goal is to set up other first time home buyers and investors with the power of real estate in the lovely city of Denver. After 2 more house hacks under my belt, and helping out dozens (if not hundreds!) of clients and people close on their real estate deals, I have committed myself to working with the next generation of investors to reach Financial Independence ASAP!
