Ian Dietler

My name is Ian, I work for the State of California, and I would really like to learn all that I can about real estate investing. I am reading books, listening to webinars/podcasts, and attending REI meetings here in Sacramento, CA. I would like to primarily invest in singal family homes and see where I go from there. I would like to fix and flip a 3 - 5 houses, to build up some capital, then start working towards buying good rental properties to build my positive cashflow.
