Started my US investing journey with a few single family BRRR deals in Houston in 2019/20. Recently relocated to central Virginia (Crozet near Charlottesville) to continue building my rental portfolio. I project manage and actively remodel my own projects which adds time to the overall transaction, but it does keep me busy and greatly reduces the outsourced contractor costs which seem to be ever increasing. Currently working on a whole house rehab as a live in flip and have just added a SFR rental in Harrisonburg VA.
