Rental Property Investor
Originally from Hong Kong and now live and work a W2 job in San Diego. I have started doing rental properties investment since 2014 and have grown my portfolio to several SFRs in DFW area and several 2-4 units in San Diego. I am a strong believer of buy and hold and leverage with historic low interest rate. I truly believe 30 years fixed loan is the greatest invention in this universe which I am heavily using it now.
