I have partial training as a scientist (graduate work in neurobiology) and now have a burning desire to become a veterinarian. I also have many business ideas including ideas on how to improve the design and operation of animal hospitals. Therefore, I am interested in commercial real estate as well. I play guitar and write science-fiction stories. For relaxation, I watch basketball. I have a very imaginative sense of humor and if you watched me at Karaoke, you'd see me "making my rounds and gladhanding people" like a politician. I've been a high school chemistry teacher (briefly) and ended up as an elementary school substitute teacher but ran into tremendous resistance between the county and the job market as far as full time teaching positions. By the way, I'm a veteran. US Army. My interest in real estate is mainly 1) to find out how to "bird dog" 2) to find out how to "officially" hook up with the Investors as a "bird dog" 3) to "bird dog" (locate property) until I have enough of my own funds to invest.
