Active real estate investor located in San Antonio, TX while primarily investing in Houston and San Antonio. I am currently working full-time as a civil engineer in San Antonio in land development of single family master planned communities. Through flipping, rental properties, and syndication my short term goal is to achieve a net worth of $1M by age 28 (currently 23) and $10K / mo in passive income. Currently I am seeking: - Active wholesalers putting out 5+ deals per month in San Antonio and Houston - Private lenders looking to make a return on their funds - Large multifamily brokers - Partnerships that allow me to provide value and vice versa
