Dallas raised Houston located with knowledge of the Seattle area market. I have purchased my first property and I'm house hacking to get started with real estate investing. I would ideally be investing in single and multi-family properties in the Houston and Dallas areas, eventually working up to medium sized (5-50 unit) B class multifamily properties. I'm still in the learning/set-up phase and am actively looking for deals.
