I graduated from USF in 2014 with a degree in International Studies/ concentration in Russian. I quickly realized this degree will do nothing for me and I jumped into real estate. I had managed a few properties in college that happened to fall in my lap and realized it was great passive income. I was given the opportunity to flip a house for an investor in 2015, I made him 40k and things escalated from there as I have now flipped over 45 houses since. I did my own flip at 23 ( without an investor) made $45k off an investment of 60k in 3 months. I am currently building my rental portfolio by taking out mortgages and renting properties. I also still do work as a realtor helping investors buy homes, first time home buyers and mostly foreigners vacation homes. Currently have 5 rental income units, looking for more multi family in Saint Pete or Sarasota area. Focusing on finding cash deals to rehab and re sell. Looking for investors who need help and whole salers who have deals.
