I am a full time IT professional in the Business Intelligence area. That just means I am a data analysis type of gal :-) newbie in the real estate investing business and I am looking to purchase my first deal by the end of 2015. When it comes to REI, I am a newbie and I am positioning myself in the category of 'buy & hold' investor.
