Immi-Nest has a mission to assist our clients “immigrate” to “comfortable nest”. We are private investors who help people move out of, or eliminate extra PITI responsibilities from their properties that they currently own but have stress in the ownership. We also help families move into new homes even if they can not qualify for a mortgage immediately for reasons such as personal credit, foreclosure, bankruptcy, debt to income ratio, lack of down payment, etc. but they are very likely to be responsible homeowners.
