I started my journey in real estate investment world with a purchase of a single family home in 2013. The journey has been exciting and today my group works across a spectrum of real estate investment products. Our single family rental portfolio is made up of all BRRR properties. We did our first flip in 2014 and have since been fixing and flipping few properties every year. I am a licensed real estate agent in the State of Washington We ventured into new construction building town homes in the city of Seattle in 2017, we completed and sold our first project in 2020. We continue building new luxury town homes and have multiple projects in various phases of permitting and construction. In 2019, we ventured in to long distance apartment investing and our currently building portfolio across multiple states. Currently seeking multi family properties in the sun belt.
