About myself
Since watching "This Old House" in the 1980s on PBS, I've always loved the idea of taking an old, neglected house, and rehabbing it to its' full potential. Today, I put this passion into action by rehabbing homes part-time, and with the philosophy and belief that quality should be the #1 focus. If quality drives the entire project, then the profits should follow, given appropriate acquisition price and neighborhood.
