I'm a relatively new investor and licensed realtor based in Queens, NY with experience in dealing with short sales, auction properties, full gut renovations, and operating rental units. I'm currently looking to expand my investments outside of NYC, focusing on multi-family and mixed use properties. Hoping to connect with wholesalers, agents in growing markets and other investors.
