Experience: House hacked a duplex outside of Boston. MA. Eventually converted it to a single family prior to selling it and moving to Costa Rica. Lived 2 years in Costa Rica. Great life and learning experience building a spec house in CR with a crew half from CR and half from Nicaragua. I have completed flips/projects in Windsor Park, Meridian Kessler and Mapleton Fall Creek. Also working with other investors on managing the rehab of their projects. Real Estate Goals: To build my business network with other investors and trades with a focus in the Indianapolis and surrounding markets. To have multiple streams of income coming from real estate. Buy/hold properties, flips, and something else that I am trying to figure out! Currently Seeking: Distressed properties in the Mapleton Fall Creek, Broad Ripple, Butler Tarkington, St. Clair and Windsor Park areas. Prefer duplex's and neglected houses in C+ neighborhoods.
