I have a full time job and I am so looking to invest multifamily properties. I have a duplex in Indianapolis and looking to buy my first apartment complex in Indianapolis or Atlanta area. I am looking to build a great team to continue to build a multifamily portfolio. Experience: I currently own a duplex on the East side of Indianapolis and a member of an apartment mastermind. Real Estate Goals: I am wanting to create enough cash flow through my investments to cover the living expenses of my family. I am looking to invest in bigger multi-family units and also an apartment syndication. Currently Seeking: A team of motivated individuals to share ideas and help each other suceed.
