I have had my real estate license since 2013 and kept a corporate job. I am passionate about real estate and I am an investor friendly agent and investor. I specialize in buying single family homes using creative financing like incorporating subject to existing mortgages and liens. We have purchased 11 properties in two years using mostly creative finance strategies. I also run a podcast talking about these strategies on YouTube every Wednesday at 4PM AZ time on my channel @IngrydHernandez.
