Bachelor's in Business Management Started Investing in rentals in 1982 RE Brokers License in 1985. Retired at age 50 in 2010. Re-earned my California Real Estate Sales License in 2016. Now in the process of moving to Colorado and am looking for rentals there! I am also starting to explore the world of Apartment Syndication! Reading Joe Fairless' most recent book, Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book. It's a very good read and my goal for 2019 is to make at least one, maybe two or three, Limited Partner investments in an Apartment Syndication.
