I have been in commercial real estate since 1983. At one time I owned 7 mini-storages in LA & the Bay Area. Sold out, retired, unretired. I purchase & syndicate commercial properties with long term leases with AAA tenants, mainly in Utah. Why Utah? It is a very business friendly state with low unemployment. I'm not a broker. This is a great time to be buying! I am is escrow on several properties.
