I’m a real estate investor and real estate broker with Wine Country Properties Group (brokered by EXP Realty, LLC) specializing in Investment & Income property. I invest in single family homes and apartment buildings in the Portland metro, as well as several other US markets. I’m also involved in some smaller development projects, and am seeking opportunities to create more affordable housing options. As a principal of Steadfast Investment Group, LLC I am always looking for ways to bring a great property or project together and match it with private investors so they can keep their money working for them and earn great returns backed by real estate. My passion is educating others about the huge benefits of investing in real estate and showing them how just a few strategic purchases can massively change the direction of their financial future. Owning investment real estate is THE investment vehicle to build long-term wealth. I enjoy helping others invest actively for themselves, as well as bringing investors together to invest passively in larger projects.
