I am the Designated Broker for Designated PRO Realty, and have been an active Realtor since 1997, helping investors of all kinds and levels of experience and financing. Additionally, I am an investor myself. I have bought/sold/held/flipped properties since 1999, and carry a portfolio of properties with my husband, Brady. I have posted 5 or 6 of my projects on BP to look at. HUD, Trustee Sales, Multi-Units, Hard/Private Money, FIRPTA, 1031 Exchanges, REO, Flips, wholesale listings....They are all in my wheelhouse, and so much more.
