After a few years "feeling my way" into real estate investing, I think I'm now ready to take the next step and become more pro-active. I attended a 3 day class with Rich Dad Education, invested some time reading books and listening to podcasts and webminars here. I'm currently working on short term, medium term and long term goals. But most importantly, I try to make sure that I take action every day to move my plan forward. In December 2016 I acquired my first commercial property. A completely new experience, but a very exciting opportunity to grow, learn and of course build financial independence.
