I facilitate the establishment and the use of 401Ks to allow people to profit from real estate in their retirement programs more effectively than Traditional or Roth IRAs. I wrote the book "Live Tax Free Forever" on the proper structure and use of 401Ks for real estate and other Non-Wall Street investments.
