About myself
Hey Fellow Investors! As you see I'm new to the Charlotte, NC area. Quick background: I got my feet wet in sales in the automotive industry, in Atlanta GA back in '06 which allowed me enough income to get "LUCKY" when the housing market crashed & I was able to purchase a foreclosed property that I utilize today as my first rental! Since then I've moved to Charlotte, where I'm a sales manager @ a national Home Improvement remodeling company. My goal is to use the systems I've learned while learning some new ones to develop a real estate company specializing in acquiring properties, with an exit strategy focused on BRRRR for long term wealth & Flips for liquidity. I've been doing lots of reading & listen to @ least 2 podcasts a day! I AM LAZER FOCUSED ON FINANCIAL FREEDOM!
