I flipped several homes in Washington State several years ago. While there, I was briefly a landlord, realtor, and worked for an appraisal company. I am an entrepreneur that owns a lawn care business--The Lawn Guys--servicing hundreds of residential & commercial clients (including HOAs) throughout the Salt Lake Valley in Utah. I also own its sister company, The Construction Guys. With my construction degree, contractor's license, & 18 years of construction experience, I've used my knowledge as a 5th generation builder to complete all kinds of construction projects.
