Hi guys/gals, I'm an enterprenuer as most of you here are and always look for ways to make more than 2% a year from CDs. I've been doing stock/Forex tradings ( and still do) but I like to diversify investments. By profession, I'm a nurse, still practicing but always looking for businesses on the side. I invest in residential as well as in NNN properties and find it satisfying to be in different markets. RE is something that I've been looking into for a while but don't have guts to step in being afraid to make a mistake.
