Let's connect @irish.abat --- November 2021 - April 2022 Left my big 4 accounting job and pivoted into the real estate industry as a project manager for a couple of investors in the Bay Area. From November 2021 to April 2022, I helped project manage 7 projects all over the Bay Area and Paso Robles (4 flips, 1 client remodel/AirBnb, 2 flips in progress at the time that I transitioned to becoming an agent in May 2022). --- July 2021 Purchased my first OOS rental sight unseen. Started the rehab virtually and visited the property towards the end of the rehab. Got it rented in August 2021. --- November 30, 2020 Hi, my name is Irish and I'm from San Jose, CA. I'm a tax associate for a big four public accounting firm and my focus is on corporate taxation for financial statement audits for F500 companies (think 10-K, 10-Q and company carve-outs, IPO). I'm a newbie and my goal this year is to have my first out-of-state SFR by summer 2021 and have another one under contract by end of year. I'm also looking to connect with other investors and learn from other people in the community.
