Isaac Schaefer

I am an investor and licensed real estate broker in the state of Washington. I live, work and invest in the greater Tacoma area (and all throughout Pierce county). In 2018 I purchased a 1900 Dutch Colonial home, that had been converted into a four-plex during World War II. The home needed extensive remodeling; over $80K in total rehab costs. My wife and I live in one unit, we rent out two units via Airbnb, and we have one long term tenant. In 2015 I acquired my real estate license. As an avid Bigger Pockets followe, working with investors is my speciality and passion. I have had the privilege to work with the owner of my brokerage who has tremendous experience both as an investor himself, and as a broker helping investors. Collectively, we work with a large handful of builders, flippers, buy and hold, and all kinds of investors, closing multiple deals each year. We have developed a large network of Pierce County local contractors, lenders, builders, property managers and more that give us the opportunity to provide our investors with the resources they need to get the deal done!
