Dear Bigger Pockets community, I am applying for the position of Real Estate Investment Assistant. I am excited about the opportunity of working with a master Real Estate investor. I am passionate about Real Estate; I believe it is the best way to invest and generate passive income. I am also captivated about the fact that Real Estate is a people business since I enjoy helping others and providing outstanding customer service. It is a satisfaction and a reward for me to know I have made a real difference in someone’s life. I am reliable, caring, well-organized, detailed-oriented and hard-working. My skills along with my education will allow me to deliver state-of-the-art customer service and show excellence in what I do. In the long-term future I want to dedicate my time to real estate investments—fix & flip and buy & hold—as I believe it is a worthwhile career; I believe there is limitless potential in this area of real estate and I want to excel at it. I obtained the Real Estate Salesperson license in the state of Maryland and DC in 2018 which is currently active.
