I'm a big fan of the podcast Bigger Pockets, and I've been listening to it for three years now. When I bought my first property at the end of 2021, it was with the intention of converting it into an Airbnb. I've learned more about what makes for a successful Airbnb listing. As a designer and real estate stager, I've helped dozens of other people turn their homes into successful Airbnb properties and it's been such a rewarding experience for me! Now that I have more than one property under my belt, I feel like I'm ready to take on even more. My goal is to own five airbnbs by 2025—and if you're interested in working together with me on any of these projects, please let me know!
