Hi, I live in new York city. Have 4 children wonderful wife. I used to work in the social service industry for 15yrs and just got burnt out. Currently in school to be a nurse but I truly have a passion to learn and do investing in real estate. I think it's where I want to turn my energy so that I can gain hard assets and gain a passive income so that my wife and I don't have to work for anyone else but ourselves. I have read a lot of materials about real estate but haven't actually done anything in real estate. Really looking for the guidance of experts and where to begin to get my feet wet and fail, learn, and grow to become an independent successful investor.
