Full time IT guy that started investing in real estate in 2018. Have invested in notes, done some private lending and more recently invested in a couple of syndication (shopping and apartment complexes). Also on the lookup for passive (well as passive as you can get) investment opportunities. Looking around for rental property in the area but working on trying to build a team for it first!
