Some parent get their kids new cars or vacations when they graduate high school. My father gave me the money to get my Real Estate license. One of my first Jobs was as a Century 21 agent. Unfortunately this was around the real estate bubble and I only had the opportunity to do one sales transaction. Since I lived in Orlando I moved over to timeshare sales. I used the money I made from selling timeshared to pay for my college education and buy my first house. Once I graduated college I continued growing as a web/software engineer learning to manage team and execute large projects. I was able to buy a second home and turn my first house into a rental giving me my first experience at cashflow. Since that time my hunger for wanting to become a real estate investor has grown and here I am today ready and open to learn from the BP community and hopefully give back.
