I've been involved in real estate investing since 2008 when I did my first flip. Currently I have 14 residential rental properties and 1 commercial condo that I rent and also trying to substantially increase the number of flips I do yearly. My goal for 2017 is to do 20+ flips. In 2017 I'm also going to build 2 new single family residences and resell them. I have extensive previous experience in running a company that does pumbing, electrical, hvac and general contracting business. I plan on acquiring 50+ residential rentals by 2025 or venturing into multifamily as well.
