Raised in Jamaica Queens, NY. Currently in Norfolk, VA. Prior Active, currently Reserve United States Navy. I am currently house-hacking my first investment property. We closed Nov 5th, 2015. I am owner-occupying my duplex in the Norview Area of Norfolk that I literally got for free!!! I am working on finding my first flip here in Norfolk using as little out of pocket money as possible.
