I specialize in rental property investing through creative financing, seller financing, exchanges, as well as traditional buy & hold methods. I got into real estate in college right after the 2008 housing crisis. I was involved in REO properties. I own an ecommerce company that basically runs itself so that I have time to dedicate to real estate and investing. I am currently in the market for more rental properties. I am president of the Utah Real Estate Deal Forum that meets monthly to network and create real estate deals together - somewhat of a mastermind group. I'm a licensed REALTOR as well.
