Hi my name is Israel. I have always loved real estate, but now I want to be a investor. I am now looking at real estate as a way provide cash flow and to plan for retirement. I am fairly new to this, but I joined BP to learn as much as I can and connect with others. If anyone in the area wants to connect, I would like the chance to talk about their experience with real estate. Experience: I am currently working on my 2nd deal, and I a bit more comfortable with the process since my first deal. The market is expensive right now that you really have to look for a deal. I am excited in learning of the possibilities that REI could do for me. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goal are to start with owning 5 single family homes and then eventually move to multifamily homes. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking to work with others in the bay area as well as learn from and possibly work with on some deals. I am also interested in the areas like Indianapolis, IN and Clarksville, TN.
