Experience: I have many years experience renting out properties, but now looking into Rehab and Wholesaling more. I already have multiple income properties and looking to expand. I haven't much experience on rehabbing, but my partner has done many in NJ, now in Fort Mill, Rock Hill and Charlotte areas. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goals are to build a great real estate company to help others in their situations, but also in long term, become financially free using the properties as leverage. Currently Seeking: I'm currently looking for other investors that do private lending in the Charlotte NC region or right over the border to SC near Fort Mill or Rock Hill to rehab.
