Jennafer Lauren Stonecipher Williamson, aka Jenna L.S. Williamson, pseudonym Jay Ellis, is a native Memphian, wannabe writer, ratherbe reading, oughttobe working real estate agent. Her real estate investments serve to support her quest for financial independence but periodically resurrect philosophical quandaries around materialism. She is involved in buy and hold rentals, flips, and new construction. She's familiar with assignment contracts, seller-financing and other creative deal structures.
