I'm looking to grow my property management and construction businesses and my portfolio. I am currently growing my construction company Reamey Home Solutions Looking for ways to finance 6+ unit buildings and also good cashflowing 4 families in or near 63116. Experience: Managed and updated one four family over the course of 2 years. Worked as an acquisition specialist in my local area for 6 months. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to have 100 rental units by the time I'm 27. A big milestone will be 65 units which I have figured as my freedom number. Currently Seeking: 10 units+ Multi-family properties in the Greater St. Louis area.
