Jacci Konkle

I'm a real estate nerd. I love all things investing and have dabbled in pretty much every single type of transaction there is. Each year brings new growth and fun experiences. Experience: I bought my first rental property back in 1996 and continued on as a part time investor from there. In 2003, I started working with local rehabbers. Married in 2005, my husband and I began our company in 2007 and started to rehab and wholesale. I started the local REIA in 2009 and began mentoring others in 2010. In 2012, we completed our first new construction spec home. Today, we still build, wholesale and rehab and I own the local chapter of the National REIA where we also continue to mentor others. We love to help brand new investors. Over the years, I've been dabbled in commercial buildings and notes among other things in real estate as well. I also manage a private money fund to lend on rehabs. I sit on the board of directors for the local apartment association, and am constantly learning! Real Estate Goals: This year the main goal is to do a land development. We plan to sell some of the lots and build the rest ourselves. In the coming years, our goal expands to getting into higher quality executive residential rentals as well. Currently Seeking: I could always use more lending partners and private money. Specifically, we have some land we would like to develop, and are currently thinking about bringing on equity partners instead of using the banks.
