Born & raised in the Cleveland/Akron area, I studied at Cleveland State obtaining my degree in Finance while competing on the Swim Team. I am apart of 21 Hill Team, which is an award-winning, investor friendly Real Estate Team that is brokered with EXP. 21 Hill Team's only specialization is helping in and out of state Real Estate investors buy great deals in the Cleveland area. I am not only a realtor but also an active investor myself, where I flip homes, buys rentals, and do BRRRR deals. I have helped over 150 clients, have personally done over 60 flips and owns over 30 doors as rental properties. My primary focus now is being an Investor friendly Realtor by helping my clients find their first or next real estate investment and to help them network with other property managers, contractors, and lenders in NorthEast Ohio.
