John Spurlock

My name is John. I'm an attorney and investor, licensed to practice law in Missouri. I live and practice law in Springfield, Missouri and concentrate my practice in the areas of complex civil litigation, real estate transactions, business entity formation, real estate and business litigation, landlord-tenant disputes and estate planning. I represent investors, landlords, tenants, realtors, brokers, buyers, sellers, contractors, developers, municipalities, counties, schools, fire departments, banks, police officers, and a variety of businesses and individuals. I strive to provide each of my clients with the best legal advice, aggressive advocacy, and service that they deserve. I am also using my real estate experience to developing a portfolio that can generate passive income. I currently own a few large tracts of timberland and a couple residential properties in Southern Missouri. But, my ultimate goal is to acquire income producing, multifamily rental properties and scale. I am currently networking and connecting with other investors, professionals, partners, referral sources, and prospective clients. I enjoy networking with local investors and professionals, and am always happy to have coffee or lunch with anyone interested in networking and investing in real estate.
